Spring cleaning is all about getting rid of items you no longer need or use. Purging all unnecessary, outdated, or broken items in your living space rewards a great sense of accomplishment. This blog post is dedicated to the art of de-clutter.
More often than not, it's our closets and cupboards that collect the most clutter. Cupture is here to help with the latter. Before you toss all your cups think of how you can re-purpose them. For example, if there is a small crack in one of your cups, but it is still presentable, think about using it as a form of storage. It could go in the bathroom as a toothbrush and toothpaste holder or a small planter to decorate a windowsill.
Think of a garage; If you are not a tool fanatic it is highly probable that your “set” of tools is scattered over your storage shelves. Reusing old cups is a great way to de-clutter these types of messy spaces. Take the old cups to the garage and organize loose tools by placing similar ones in their own respective tumblers. (Pro-tip: use clear cups to make it easier to see the tools)
Reusing cups is also great for clearing up desk/ drawer space as well. Clear out your top drawer filled with random pens, scissors, and paperclips and designate a cup to the items that fit together. This way, you'll have easy access to your office supplies as they sit neatly on your desk, not to mention, your top drawer will be cleared for folders and small binders!
One of the coolest things about re-purposing old cups is you get to decorate them any way you like. Since they won't need to be washed anymore you can vinyl them, or even easier, use our reusable name tags to thoroughly organize your space.
