Ingredients
6 Black Tea Bags
1/3 Blueberry preserves
1 Small box of blueberries
1 Small carton of peach juice

Directions

In a pitcher combine the tea bags with 6 cups of cold water.

Cover and steep overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove the tea bags from the pitcher.

Press the preserves through a fine strainer to produce ¼ cup of thick blueberry juice and dispose of the solids.

Stir the juice into the chilled iced tea. Refrigerate again until serving.
Serving

Fill cups with ice and sprinkle blueberries on top so they fall in between the ice cubes.

Pour the blueberry iced tea into the cups and fill ¾ of the way.

Pour a splash of peach juice (to taste) to create an aesthetic gradient.
